Starting with 360 feedback and working with an
executive’s superior, clear individual development goals are created. Participants
then explore these goals by working through three different modules to: Improve their self
awareness, Widen their Business Skill Set and to learn how to effectively Deliver Results
that will drive real value into their business. This is a 12 month
program,requiring 7 to 8 hours permonth of accelerated learning through a
combination of executive P2P forums and individual one to one coaching.
