Team Development

We create fun environments for Estonian or pan European management teams to re-energize internal working relationships. We increase a team’s understanding of how individual and group behaviour impacts on team performance, and provide participants with an understanding of what is required to achieve continual improvement in their teams performance.

Development programs are customised to the needs of each client, and dependent on a client's needs can be provided in locations ranging from manor houses to simple conference centres.  Pre–event team surveys orientate participants towards a positive use of the team development session and provides feedback for course leaders to fine tune the programs in meeting individual needs.
